The Ministry of Finance in Vietnam has just issued Official Letter No. 3142/BTC-TCT to all local tax authorities extending the statutory deadline for submission of the 2009 Personal Income Tax PIT finalization returns to 31 May 2010 inclusive. The extended deadline should apply to both printed documents and e-filing submissions.
