Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid D-NV, Senate Immigration Subcommittee Chairman Charles Schumer D-NY and Senator Robert Menendez D-NJ have unveiled a 26-page framework for Comprehensive Immigration Reform. In very general terms, the outline addresses immigrant and nonimmigrant visa programs, employment eligibility verification, border control, and the legalization of the currently undocumented population.
