In April, priority date cut-offs in the third employment-based immigrant visa preference category for professionals and skilled workers will advance by five weeks for China and three weeks for India and most other countries, while Mexico will see advancement of four months. In the employment-based second preference category, cut-off dates will advance by two weeks for China but will not move ahead for India.
