Priority date cut-offs in the second employment-based immigrant visa preference category will advance by two weeks for China but remain unchanged for India in January. In the employment-based third preference subcategory for professionals and skilled workers, priority dates will advance by one week for China and India, nine and one-half months for Mexico and one month for all other countries.
